Instructions for Use:
1. Wash hands thoroughly before application.
2. Clean and dry the stoma and surrounding skin.
3. Measure the stoma and select the correct base plate opening.
4. Apply the base plate securely around the stoma.
5. Attach the urostomy pouch to the base plate until it locks in place.
6. Ensure the drain tap is closed before use.
7. Empty the pouch regularly and connect to a bedside drainage bag if needed.
8. Replace the pouch as required and the base plate when the seal is no longer secure.
Precautions:
● Check that the pouch is securely attached before use.
● Replace immediately if leakage occurs.
● Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
● Keep out of reach of children.
● Consult a healthcare professional if persistent leakage, irritation, or discomfort develops.
