Instructions for Use:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly before changing the pouching system.
2. Remove the used pouching system carefully while supporting the surrounding skin.
3. Clean the stoma and peristomal skin with warm water, then dry thoroughly.
4. Measure the stoma and trim the skin barrier opening if using a cut-to-fit product.
5. Remove the release liner from the adhesive barrier.
6. Center the opening over the stoma and apply the pouching system gently.
7. Press firmly around the skin barrier for 30–60 seconds to achieve a secure seal.
8. Replace the pouch when it is approximately one-third to one-half full, or sooner if recommended by your healthcare professional.
9. Dispose of the used pouch according to local regulations.
Precautions:
● For external use only.
● Do not apply to broken, infected, or severely irritated skin unless advised by a healthcare professional.
● Match the skin barrier opening closely to the stoma size to reduce the risk of leakage and skin irritation.
● Replace the pouch immediately if leakage occurs.
● Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
● Keep out of reach of children.
● Consult an ostomy care nurse or healthcare professional if persistent leakage, skin irritation, bleeding, or other unusual symptoms occur.
